The Village is a townhouse like condominium complex minutes from the West Falls Metro stop on the Orange Line. The complex was built in 1995 and 1996 and has 117 units, all of which are lovely, light filled 2 level, 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condos which look and feel very much like a townhome. Units are assigned spots in the parking area surrounding the buildings. The condo fee covers exterior building maintenance, management, master insurance policy, road maintenance and snow removal and water, trash and sewer. Condo fees vary based on the square footage of the unit.

The following models of 2br/2.5ba are available: Avalon and Caterbury at 1204 sq ft each, Buckingham at 1318 sq ft and Devonshire at 1320 sq ft.

The Village is a few minutes walk from the West Falls Metro. Walk outside the community and you are almost at the metro station. A few minutes walk in the other direction takes you to Giants, Haandi Indian Restaurant, Starbucks, Subway, CVS and various other stores. I-66 is very accessible as is I-495. The Falls Church city border line is close by, however, The Village falls within Fairfax County and and not in Falls Church city.
